private land with breathtaking views over the wooded hills.
La Maison Bleue is very suitable for 2 families. The swimming pool is heated (27°) from end of april till the end of october.It's fenced and
therefore safe with children.
For children there is a swing, sandbox and a children's corner with toys, dolls etc...
Within a range of 20 km there are
very attractive villages with daily markets, famous caves &
chateaux of the Dordogne
For the energetic there is canoeing, mountain biking, fishing, horseriding and golfing.
For
daily shopping, St. Laurent la Vallee, Daglan & St Pompon are only 2-5kms away and there are supermarkets
nearby in Cenac, Sarlat ,Siorac and St. Cyprien.
The owner of the house (2p) lives next door, total privacy is garanteed.

A fully restored 17th century farmhouse with lots of livingspace. The house is very comfortable
and luxuriously decorated in "cottage style"

Two living rooms, beamed ceilings and stone fireplaces, comfortable settees, armchairs, satellite (French/dutch)
2 x TV,DVD-players, video, 2x music centre, desk, WiFi/telephone, English/French books, plays, piano.
Next to the kitchen a bathroom with bath/shower/, washbasin and WC.
There is a large fully equipped dining kitchen (double sink, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, 5 ring gas cooker, double oven, Senseo-espressomach,etc). Large choice of cooking utensils. Woodburner.
Next to the
kitchen a storage room with microwave, freezer, washing machine and
dryer. A wooden stairs leads to the 1st floor with two double bedrooms and showerroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
The 2nd living room has a huge stone fire place, 2nd TV, grand piano, settees and music centre. Stairs leads to the 3rd and
4th bedroom.
A French door in the kitchen opens to a spacious terrace and covered
veranda with garden furniture and
teak diningtable that seats 12.
Beyond is the garden (1 ha), beautiful located heated swimming pool (10x5m, saltbased)
& sunterraces. Poolside sunbeds, tables, chairs and umbrella.
Next to the house a shed for storing wood and garden furniture/cushions.
