lovely restored barn (in French ‘Grange’)
in the tiny hamlet of Juillac.
La
Grange is very suitable for couples and small families who seek lots
of privacy. There are lots of panoramic views!
For children there is a swing, sandbox and a children's corner with toys, dolls etc...
The area is ideal for walking, mountainbiking, fishing, kayaking,
tennis & golf. You will find other places of interest within
a range of 25 km; the famous ‘chateaux of Castelnaud', Beynac and Les
Milandes and medieval villages like Domme, Sarlat, Monpazier.
In St.
Laurent la Vallee, Daglan and St.
Pompon(2-5
kms) there is a bank, post office, village shop, butcher and bakers as
well as bars and restaurants.

La Grange is
a detached building with covered terrace situated separately
from the main house.
The comfortably furnished living room
(30 m2) has a fully equipped kitchen area with gas cooker/oven,
frig, double sink,(Senseo) coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
There is
a settee, armchairs, sideboards, dining table, Sat.TV/video/DVD-player & videofilms,
radio/CD-player, books and games.

A shower room has a shower, washbasin
and W.C.
Upstairs (a winding staircase) there are 2 spacious bedrooms
(1 with a double bed and 1 with 3 single beds).
Next to the showerroom
is a spacious laundry/storage room (25m2) with washingmachine and
tumble dryer. There is a seperate freezer.
For
early spring and autumn there are electric heaters.
Behind the house you will find the garden (surrounded by meadows),2
spacious terraces and private swimmingpool (Ø 5m), barbeque, 2
sets of gardenfurniture, umbrellas and sunbeds. Duvets, pillows, vacuüm
cleaner, iron, ironboard, are provided. Linen, baby cot, high chair are available.
Also available: flyscreens and ventilators.
