3 Peyruzel La Grange

In the medieval village of Peyruzel, close to Daglan and the river ´Le Ceou´, you'll find this enchanting holiday home.
La Grange is a former barn transformed into a comfortable house with a terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool (5 x 9m) which has a shallow part and a jaccuzi spa and an alarm.
Daily shopping can be done in Daglan (4 km), you´ll find 2 restaurants, a tea house, bank, post office, butcher, bakery, supermarket and some other shops.
On Sunday morning the famous Daglan market with lots of regional products.
Each year around the 20th of august Daglan is partying for 4 days, with music, bands, BBQ´s, carnaval etc.
There are many chateaux in the immediate region including the impressive Castelnaud acstle (5 minutes by car) which looks out over the Dordogne, its beaches and canoeing.
Within a range of 20 km you will find stunning medieval villages such as La Roque Gageac (once voted the prettiest village in France) Sarlat, Domme, Beynac, Cenac and St. Cybranet.

La Grange is a basic but comfortable holiday home.
Cars may be parked opposite the the house.
Entrance through the garden, a path leads to the house where there is a covered terrace with dining table and BBQ.
Entry though the kitchen fully equipped with gas cooker, oven, double sink, dish washer, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee machine etc, dining table that seats 6.
Sliding doors lead to the terrace with stunning views over the valley.
The beautiful swimming pool is at a slightly lower level at the back of the garden
In between the kitchen and the living room is an open fire place that can be seen from both sides. The living area has a settee and TV/DVD-player.
Stairs lead to the 1st floor which has 2 bedrooms: one with a queen size bed (140 x 200 cm) and and baby cot. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a small queen size bed (120 x 200cm).
In between the bedrooms, their is a shower room, wash basin and washing machine. Separate toilet.
Electric heating. downs, pillows, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironboard, a baby cot, high chair, umbrella and sunbeds are provided.
