In the Southern part of the Dordogne near the bustling medieval village of Villefranche du Perigord you will find this charming wooden house named Le Koukibou.
The property is located in a small hamlet of 5 houses named Dalot . A quiet holiday is guaranteed. From the house it is possible to make long or short walks into the woods, deers can be seen daily.
The house is big enough for 2 families and has a child safe fenced swiming pool (10 x 4 m).
For children there is a swing, sandbox and a children's corner with toys, dolls etc...
Next to the swimming pool there is a wooden shed with sauna and shower (€ 200 per week extra charge)
Le Koukibou is wheelchair friendly.
In Villefranche du Perigord you will find everything for your daily shopping:
restaurants, bakeries, bars, butchers, post office, bank, small supermarkets, take-away food, chemist etc.
At only 4 km. from Le Koukibou, near Prats du Perigord, you can enjoy a dip at Prats-Plage where there is a small spring water lake with sandbeaches, playgrounds, snackbar and concerts in the summer.

Le Koukibou is a spacious, sunny house that is decorated in cottage style.
As you step through the front door, you enter a sunny living-dining room with woodburner, comfortable settees, sat TV, DVD-player, books, plays, etc.
Open planned fully equipped kitchen (double sink, ceramic hob, oven/microwave, refridgeerator/freezer, dischwasher, Senseo espressomach., etc.) large diningtable, antique furniture etc.
Sliding doors in the living room give acces to a covered terrace with another dining table and view on the garden (south faced) and swimming pool.
On one side of the living room there are two bedrooms, a spacious shower-room with Italian shower, double teak washbasin, washing-machine and tumble dryer. Separate WC.
On the other side of the living room the hall leads to the 3rd and 4th bedroom, 2nd showerroom with Italian shower, washbasin and WC.
For early spring and autumn there is electric heating. Also available: iron and ironboard, duvets, pillows, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs.
There also is a BBQ, garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas.
Also available: flyscreens and ventilators.
Linen available, end of stay cleaning possible.
Parking space in front of the house.
No pets allowed.
