not far from St. Laurent la Vallée and Daglan, the privacy of this lovely
house makes it a desirable holidayhome.
The area is ideal for walking, mountainbiking,
fishing, kayaking, tennis & golf. 150 metres
away is a magnificent swimming pool (6x12m) with a superb view over the
valley.
It is shared with the two other holidayhomes in the village(no
07 & 08). There is
a terrace with sunbeds, garden tables, chairs, umbrellas, jeu de boule,
and a poolhouse with shower/W.C.
In St. Laurent la Vallee, Daglan
and St. Pompon there is a bank,
post office, village shop, butcher and bakers as well as bars and restaurants.

“La Marraine” is an attractive house with all rooms on groundlevel.
There is an inner courtyard and a large covered terrace with a
wonderful view overlooking the valley.

The living room (40 m2) has a kitchen area with gas cooker,
oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer,double sink, coffee machine, etc.
There is an open
fireplace, a settee, armchairs, sideboard and an antique table that seats

A shower room with washbasin and washing machine.
The W.C.
is separate. There are 2 double bedrooms each with a wardrobe. There
is a cot and extra folding bed.
For early spring and autumn there are electric
heaters.
Eiderdowns, pillows, vacuüm cleaner, iron, barbeque,garden table
& chairs are provided.
Wood for the open fire, and a babyset are
available.
