South
of the Dordogne river, not far from St. Pompon and Daglan (for daily shopping)
, this old farmhouse, typical of
the region, is in the small hamlet of Juillac.
The
house is a 'double house' ideal
for 2 families or a group of friends. At appr. 200 m there is a swimming pool
(6x12m) with a superb view overlooking a wooded valley.
At the pool,
which is shared with two other holiday homes(no 06 & 07) there is
a terrace with sunbeds, garden tables, chairs, umbrellas, boule court,
and a pool house with shower/W.C.
There
are weekly street markets in
Belvès and Sarlat on Saturday. in St.Cyprien & Daglan on sunday and
Domme and Siorac on Thursday. There are supermarkets in Sarlat, Siorac
and St. Cyprien.

Lou Coudert is a lovely old 'double'
farmhouse with stoutwalls, beamed ceilings and 2 huge fireplaces.
Entry is through a gate into an inner courtyard off which there
are steps to an upper sun terrace.
Opposite
the house is a garage with an attic (100m2) games room.This includes
table tennis.
The
houses are similar: Entrance is into a kitchen which has a
small table & chairs, gas cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, double sink, dish washer, micro-wave,
washing machine, coffee machine, etc.
