In the Southern Hills of the Dordogne valley, in the quiet medieval village of Prats du Perigord, you will find this charming property named Paris.
Paris is a comfortable 3-storey, cottage style house with a terrace overlooking the garden with fruit trees en a fenced private swimming pool (8 x 4 m).
Several cars can be parked next to the property.
The house is at a quiet small lane just off the Prats du Perigord centre where you can find a ´depot the pain´, a small grocery shop, bar and a rent-a-bike shop.
The house is under restoration and will be finished around may 2012.
It belongs to the same owner as no 19 La Borie Blanche. The ´real´ photo´s will be available by the end of may 2012. At the end of the extensive restoration Paris´ will be a lovely comfortable holiday home!
Other villages close by for daily shopping are Villefranche du Perigord, Belvès and Siorac: with restaurants, bakeries, bars, butchers, post office, bank, small supermarkets, take-away food, chemist etc.
At only 1 km from the house, near Prats du Perigord, there is a small lake with sand beaches and playgrounds.
Almost every day of the week there are markets and marché gourmands´ (evening dinner markets) at several villages close by-

Paris is a 3-storey high, cottage style house, its owners have superbly decorated it and with an eye for details.
Entrance through the garden where the terrace leads to the fully equipped kitchen: induction cooking/oven, dishwasher, micro wave, double sink, frige/freezer, Senseo coffee machine, etc., it has a dining table that seats 8 persons.
Right off the kitchen the living room, with couches, TV (tnt)/DVD, plays, CD-player etc.
Next to the living room a bed room with king size bed. En suite shower room with washbasin and shower. Separate toilet.
The stairs in the living room lead up to a luxurious bedroom/attic for 4 persons. The single beds can be made in 2 double beds. En suite toilet and washbasin.
Another stair case in the living room leads down to the 3rd bedroom with a king size bed, and direct access to the garden. Shower room with washbasin, shower and toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine..
Also available: electric heating, duvets, pillows. Iron and iron board, vacuum cleaner, baby cot and high chair. BBQ, sunbeds and garden furniture.
Linen/towels available at € 20 pp
End of stay cleaning possible at € 85
