Bergerie has panoramic views of medieval Belvès (6 km away).
There is a large fenced swimming
pool (6 x 13m) with terraces and lawns.
Next to the poolhouse is a covered terrace and a 2nd kitchen, WC/douche and BBQ.
Adjacent to the swimming pool is a jeu-de-boule court and ping pong table.
1 km from the house is an 18
holes golf course at L'Olivarie.
For the more energetic there are wonderful
walks and canoeing on the Dordogne is a must.
The medieval villages of Beynac,
Domme and La Roque Gageac are nearby. The Saturday market in the old town
of Sarlat is an added attraction.

With eye for details a new wing has been attached to the old "sheepfold".
Downstairs:
living room with settee, dining table, TV and wood burning stove.
Stairs lead to a mezzanine with queen size bed.
Just off the living room there is a spacious, sunny, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, gas cooker, oven, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine etc.) and 2nd dining table.
The kitchen has sliding doors to partially covered
terrace giving place to a teak dining table. Off the kitchen a hall
leads to an ensuite bedroom (bath, washbasin). Seperate WC.
Upstairs: 2nd ensuite
double bedroom (shower and washbasin). An extra sofabed for 2 is available.
The poolhouse also has a covered terrace with, inside, a 2nd kitchen (double sink, gas cooker,
fridge/freezer and a shower/WC.
Baby cot, high chair, garden furniture, sunbeds, barbecue, eiderdowns,
pillows, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board are provided.Electrical heating system.
Linen/towels (20 € pp) are available.
End of stay cleaning (€75) obligatory.
