remote but surprisingly near to the
most famous bastide town
Domme in the Perigordine.
The
panoramic view from the house over the surrounding countryside all through
the Massif Central is
truly magnificent.
The
owners of the house, who live close by, will give you a warm welcome with
paté de foi gras, fresh fruits & the local wine etc.
The
beautiful located fenced, kidneyshaped, swimming pool is save with
children, it has a large terrace and a poolhouse with shower,
washbasin and WC.
The owners also supply a swing and toys for the
children.
It
is only a short disctanceto
the medieval towns Domme, Sarlat, La Roque Cajac, Vitrac etc.
with all commerces, (supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants,
bars etc.) and the river
Dordogne.
This house has recently been restored and redecorated. It is a very comfortable,luxurious holiday home!

There is a covered terrace for dining and a playroom with table football, billiards and a childrens corner with toys, as well as Fr TV /SAT : English spoken channels
There
is a 'great' living room with comfortable settees &
TV + music centre.. It has dining & kitchen areas.
The
kitchen has lots of working space and is fully equipped
(double sink, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, gashob/oven, microwave,
coffee machine etc.)
French windows open to a large
terrace with, barbeque, diningtable and chairs and umbrellas
for alfresco meals. From here you have the most magnificent
view ever!
Also on ground level: masterbed room, seperate WC
and spacious shower room (shower, double washbasin, washing machine
and tumble dryer).
Stairs lead to: 2 double bedrooms and 1bedroom for 3 and
the 2nd shower room (shower, double washbasin). Seperate
WC. All bedrooms are spacious and
fully furnished. The 3rd shower room is in
the poolhouse.
Central heatingsystem
(not included), sets of gardenfurniture,
8 sunbeds,, eiderdowns, pillows,
vacum cleaner, iron & board, 2 babycots and spare bed are provided..
Linen/towels (20 € pp) are available.
End of stay cleaning (€85) obligatory.
