The owners, who live next door but are completely independent, will be
happy to show you the enormous 13th century Pigeon house (6x6x6m).
Next to the house a fenced garden (300m2) with private swimming
pool, dining table, sunbeds, BBQ, trees for shadow, &
swing.
This lovely house is situated in 7 ha of tranquil wood- &
and farmland that will be at your disposal.
Open swimwater 'Tamnies' with beach, pedals, tennis, plays etc.
is at 4 km.
Shopping, restaurants, bars, post office,hypermarkets& other
shops at 10 km in a.o. Sarlat. Nearest bakery at 3.5km

In front of the house a spacious inner court to park your car (garage),
have a drink or play jeux de boules.
Entry into the comfortable farmhouse, kitchen with stone paving
and fully equipped. (inc.double sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
micro wave, gas/electric cooker, oven, table for breakfast and casual
dining & open fire place).
