The garden (approx. 6000 m2) is divided in 3 areas: the fenced swimmingpool with terrace, sunbeds etc.
A fenced garden directly behind the house for wining and dining and for small children to play safely and an 'open' play ground for football, badminton, etc.
At walking distance (100 m) you wil find a bar/restaurant with 'depot de pain' for your daily french bread.
For daily shopping the medieval bastide towns Belvès and Villefranche du Perigord are at approx. 8 km distance.

Les Tilleuls is a spacious, lovingly restaured comfortable house. (It sleeps 10 p plus 2 babies) At the back of the house there is a garden with a lime tree (tilleul) for wining and dining.
You car can be parked in front or next to the house.
Downstairs:
Fully equipped dining kitchen: double gas hob with ovens (4-and 5-gasburner). Double sink, lots of working space, washing machine, dish washer, tumble dryer, coffee machine, microwave etc. Off kitchen a storage room with fridge and seperate freezer.
Spacious living/dining room with open fire place, comfortable settees, sat. TV, CD-player, large dining table, etc.
(Childrens) corner with 2nd settee and 2nd TV with DVD player.
French doors leading to front of the house or to the garden.
In the hall a seperate WC and washbasin.
Upstairs:
Five bedrooms (1 bedroom has 2 single beds.) Three bedrooms have a washbasin and bidet in the room. In the corridor (like in the old hotels) a showerroom with shower and washbasin, a bathroom with bath and washbasin and a separate WC.
Also available:
Eiderdown, blankets, pillows, central heating (not included in price), iron and ironboard, vacuum cleaner, 2 babycots and 2 high chairs. BBQ.
Linen/towels (20 € pp) are available.
