recently build house 'Le Cerisier'
in the tiny hamlet of Juillac.
Le Cerisier is also suitable for couples and small families. There are lots of panoramic views!
The fenced swimming pool (4x9m) is currently being build in the back yard (pictures available may 2010).
The area is ideal for walking, mountainbiking, fishing, kayaking,
tennis & golf. You will find other places of interest within
a range of 25 km; the famous chateaux of Castelnaud', Beynac and Les
Milandes and medieval villages like Domme, Sarlat, Monpazier.
In St.Laurent la Vallee, Daglan and St Pompon
(2-5kms) there is a bank, post office, village shop, butcher and bakers as
well as bars and restaurants.

Le Cerisier is a detached building with covered terrace and a private pool in the back yard.
The comfortably furnished living room (30 m2) has a dining table, settees,TV/DVD, french books, fire place and french doors opening to the terrace. Separate fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table for 4 pers., gas cooker/oven, frig, double sink,(Senseo) coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
A bath room has a bath,shower and washbasin Seperate W.C.
There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Next to the bath room
is a spacious laundry/storage room (25m2) with second fridge/freeze and washingmachine.
In front of the house you will find the garden (surrounded by meadows) and barbeque, 2
set of garden furniture and umbrellas. There are 4 sunbeds next to the pool at the back of the house.
Covers, pillows, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironboard,baby cot, high chair are provided.
Linen/towels (20 € pp) are available.
End of stay cleaning (€65) obligatory.
